Board members are volunteers representing minority ethnic groups, local government and public sector organisations. They oversee and support all aspects of the EMBS.
The Board meets regularly to discuss EMBS long-term development, major policies, financing and investment. Regular analysis of EMBS training and other initiatives is also one of the priorities of the Board of Directors. At the Annual General Meeting, there is a presentation of all EMBS achievements and financial results. This keeps all EMBS activities transparent and accountable to the local community and all other involved organisations.
