Mariana Koca Enrollment and Course Administrator
I completed my GCSEs and A Levels in my home country. Since moving to the UK I have lived and worked in Oxford. I started as a student at EMBS in 2003 where I completed my IT qualifications and then did Literacy. Then EMBS offered me a position as a volunteer to work in Admin department. I completed my NVQ in Customer Service and ITQ level 2. I have been working as an employee at EMBS since 2007.
My key aspirations for this role are
- To ensure that our paperwork and student eligibility is correct.
- To deliver the best quality customer service to all our learners and visitors.
- To support staff.
- To maintain the data we keep is correct.
